llwere present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and

!!Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-508
WHEREAS, the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Board of Managers in a
Metter dated November 21, 1972 made known its views with respect to the need
ifor, and the urgency of, constructing an outlet control on Pine Tree Pond, and
�I WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth on the basis of
jall the data currently available to 1t feels that the need for such an outlet
(jis not as pressing as does the Board, and
++� WHEREAS. the State Statutes (Minn. Statute 112.48) provide for the
11petitioning of the Board of Managers for construction of storm sewers,
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
HVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and Village Manager be authorized and
lldirected to submit on behalf of the Village of Plymouth a petition for a
`}drainage system in the Hadley Lake and Gleason Lake drainage basins to the
l�Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Board of Managers.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils and Seibold. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de-
clared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth,Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said"Villaige held December 4.-1972 with the original thereof on file
in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
