Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 4th day of December, 1972. The following members were pre-
sent: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
oved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-506
WHEREAS, the Village Manager has prepared and submitted to this Council
,I budgets for the water and sanitary sewer operations for the year commencing
January 1, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
GVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Water Fund budget in the amount of $238,300.00 and!
jthe Sanitary Sewer Fund budget in the amount of $370,061.00 be and the same are
hereby adopted reflecting a reduction of $490 from Lines 612.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun-
cilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted againt
or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.

may office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
