HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-505VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of December, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-505 WHEREAS, the Village Council, on November 6, 1972, ordered a public hear- ing on certain parcels of land as outlined in Resolution No. 72-463, and WHEREAS, the Village staff has subsequently recommended that this hearing ,be postponed until additional data is assembled, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the public hearing called for in Resolution No. 72-463 be can - !celled. ;! The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded !;by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, SF•eth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Wher.opon the Resolution was de- clared duly passed and adopted.
