Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of
December, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-504
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth and the Metropolitan Sewer Board entered
Into a Metropolitan Sewer Maintenance Agreement for 1972. and
WHEREAS, the Village has been requested by the Sewer Board to renew this
agreement for 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAG
OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to
'execute a one-year extension of the existing Interceptor Maintenance Agreement
las submitted by the Metropolitan Sewer Board.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de-
clared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on the 4th day of December, 1972 with the original
thereof on file 1n my office, and the same 1s a full, true and complete trans-
cript therefrom.
