Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
'
!fCouncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of
December, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
0 Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
Jadoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 72-503

WHEREAS, Metram Properties Company has requested that they be authorized
iito proceed with the construction of a 192 -unit apartment project, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council on August 21, 1972 set forth certain
jconditions to be met before a building permit is issued, and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared setting forth conditions which
jwould ensure the satisfaction of the August 21, 1972 Council action, and
WHEREAS, Metram Properties Company has agreed to the conditions set forth
11in said Agreement.
iNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
iOF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and Manager be authorized to enter into an Agreement
between the Village of Plymouth and Metram Properties Company setting forth
11conditions to be met prior to the iSSL.` of a building permit or by September
ill, 1973. with said Agreement and Exhibits A, B and C dated December 4, 1972
11being attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth. Seibold and Neils.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, Being the,duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on the 4th day of December. 1972 with the original
thereof on file in MY office, and the same is a full. true and complete trans-
cript therefrom.
