Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of
December, 1972. The following members were present- Mayor Hilde. Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilian Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and roved its
'adoption:

WHEF;EAS, Robert J. Erickson, li018 County Road 15, has requested
a consolidation cf existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth,
N01.1, T1'_'.'_-Er77, 9E IT REC;;LVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMCITH '"e °c?lcjing consolidation be approved and that the Village
Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon Village policy when the crmsolidation is approved by Hennepin
County:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
;by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
jjin favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold. t

J;The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
