VILLAGE OF PLY M- UTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of w
December, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: Hone.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N.O. 72- gal
WHEREAS, Lester G. Schwartz. 11014 County Road 15, has requested
consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth,
%Ot), THEQEFORE, 5E IT RESyLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the Vi1oage
Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by HpMepin

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman -Hunt, and upon vote ting taken thy+ m, tta fallowing voted
din favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman MWit, Spaeth,ileils. awe Seibold.
