The following members were present: 'Mayor Hilde, Council..men Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: hone. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ":0. 72- rnn WHEREAS, William W. Eastman. 1441 West Medicine Lk. Dr.,has requested a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, N01�1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COU'CIL OF THE ::L_` GF !'LY!'.Cl171H that the following consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County. IC Plat Parcel s) Lot s Block Addition 44060 1600 8 1 Elmhurst 1800 9 Gateway The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded j,by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted On favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared ?!duly passed and adopted.
