HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-499VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the cth day of December, 1572. The following members were present: Mayor Hiide. Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: !tone. ts* i.,r* rtr Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its a 'adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-499 WHEREAS, Philip E. Rolfsen, 1675 Evergreen Lane North, has requested a consolidation or existing platted lots within the Village of Piyrout.4, NOV, THE'EFC^F., 6E IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILL.4rE OF PLYMOUTH that the follcwing consolidation be approved and that tre Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin ijCounty: 11 Plat Parcel (,$) Lot(s) Block Addition 44080 3300 10 2 Elmhurst Gateway 3400 11 Second Addn. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded 0 by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted f in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold.
