HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-4984 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of December, 1972. The following members were presant: trayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION; NO. 72- 498 WHEREAS, Norbert H. Fischer, 545 Orchid Lane, Wayzata has requested .a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, TH REFC":F, BE IT RESCL`ED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLArE OF PLYN'9J71t^at the following consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: i Plat Parcel(s) Lot(s) Block Addition 44420 2900 9 3 Parkers Lakeside 3010 10 E i ;j The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded �,by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the folly ing voted ,in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold. _;;The following voted against: None.
