Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota. was held on the ath day of
December, IS72. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt. Seibold. and Neils. The following members were absent: None.

i' Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLU T IC�t NO. 72- 497
WHEREAS, Ernest C. Erickson, 615 Niagara Lane, has requested
a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth,

Manager be auznorizea to make the necessary special assessment corrections

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
,,'by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold. j
i'The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
