HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-496VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of December, 1372. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its 'adaption: RESCLUTICN ",0. 72-496 WHEREAS, Donald B. Keesling, 925 Ithaca Lane, has requested a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NO',!, THE=EFC^r, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcells) Lot(s) Block Addition 44180 4600 1 3 Glen Grove Acre 4800 2 1st Sub, if �f The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded 3 fby Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted On favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold.
