Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of
December, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: Crone.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 494
WHEREAS. Ronald V. Moretter, 14523 13th Avenue North, has requested
a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth,
NOV, THEREFC7F, 2E IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH that tn_ T^ilcwi 3 consolidation be approved and that the Village
Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
!'by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold.
!-The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
