HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-494VILLAGE CF PLY„OUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of December, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: Crone. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72- 494 WHEREAS. Ronald V. Moretter, 14523 13th Avenue North, has requested a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOV, THEREFC7F, 2E IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that tn_ T^ilcwi 3 consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin ,County: i Plat Parcel s) i2i(Ll Block Addition 44600 3600 9 5 Suburbandale 3650 10 on Parkers Lake 4500 27 4550 28 I� i' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded !'by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted I� in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold. !-The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared If :duly passed and adopted.
