Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of
December, 1572. The following mem�ers were present: Mayor Hiide, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold. and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its ±
adoption:
RESOLUTI0" NO. 72-493
WHEREAS, Elizabeth H. Forde, 12th Avenue North, has requested
"a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth,
NC'rt, THER FC7-, BE 1T PESOL.'EC BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL CF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH that tr,e followir.l consolidation be approved and that the Village
Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by The
Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
;in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold.

,The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
;duly passed and adopted.
