HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-492VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting cf the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the eth day of December, 1972. The following members were preset: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen i. Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and proved its 'adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72- 492 WHEREAS, Gerald T. Kloss, 12240 24th Avenue North, has requested a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFC?:F., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLI -GE COUNCIL OF Tit VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation Le arprc;sa _nd that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin ,County: Plat Parcel(s) Lot(s) Block Addition 44020 4500 4 5 Elmhurst 4550 5 i 4600 6 4650 M The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded I l'by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted I iA n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold.
