VILLAGE. OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of
December, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
'Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were atsent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 491
WHEREAS, Lettie Rippe, 2730 West Medicine Lake Drive, has requested
a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYtOUTH that t��e ollowing cc^solidaticn be approved and that the Village
Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
,
!;by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
ffifiin favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold.

iThe following voted against: None. whereupon the Resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
;Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village

;file in my office, and the same is a full, true, and complete transcript
'therefrom.
