OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of December, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen 'Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were atsent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72- 491 WHEREAS, Lettie Rippe, 2730 West Medicine Lake Drive, has requested a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYtOUTH that t��e ollowing cc^solidaticn be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin ;;County: Plat Parcel(s) Lot(s) Block Addition j; Unplatted 3025 5400 7400 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded , !;by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted ffifiin favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold. � iThe following voted against: None. whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. !'STATE OF MINNESOTA ) :COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
