HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-489VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of December, 1972. The following members were presant: Mayor hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-489 WHEREAS, Edward P. Tucker, 2720 Larch Lane, has requested a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, N011, THEREFORE, BE IT=ESCLVEC BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLY11,1OUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin ;;County: Plat Parcel(s) Lot(s) Block Addition 44120 6800 23 3 Elmhurst 6900 24 Lakeview 7000 25 . The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded i;by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted ,in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold. i ;The following voted against: None.
