HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-488VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant tc dua call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of i December. 1972. The following memters were presant: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 72-488 WHEREAS, James L. Hurd, .12325 28th Avenue North, has requested a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, N0:•!, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the follcwinn consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel s) Laiial Block Addition 44040 100 1 1 Elmhurst 200 2 Gardens f' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold. iThe following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared 'duly passed and adopted. ,STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN � SS.
