HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-487VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Pljmouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of December, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-487 WHEREAS, Phillip J. Nunes, owner of Lot 1, Block 1, Cavanaugh's Addition, has requested that said lot ba divided into two parcels, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council finds that the proposed subdivision would be inconsistent with the existing platting and development of the area surrounding subject parcel, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council feels there would be a serious drain -i ..age problem for the entire neighborhood if a home were located on this proposed!, !'.new parcel, i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE jOF PLYMOUTH that the request of Phillip J. Nunes for a subdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, Cavanaugh's Addition be denied. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted j in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on the 4th day of December, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete trans- cript therefrom.
