HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-486F VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH e H i Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village ;:Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of ;!November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen 'Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. { Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its I adoption- RESOLUTION NO. 72-486 JE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ,,that the Village Manager be directed to take such steps as may be required and I'as are deemed expedient to comply with the order of the Hennepin County Distric ;.Court dated November 16, 1972, as that order relates to waters discharged into :,'Pine Tree Pond, and for this limited purpose, Chapter VIII, Section 5.21 of the Village Code is hereby waived. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN )j SS.
