HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-483VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of i*the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held ,on the 20th day of November, 1972. The following members were !present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth; Seibold and Neils. i! !'The following members were absent: None. 'i Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved ,;its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-483 WHEREAS, the Village Manager and Police Chief have entered into collective bargaining negotiations in accordance with Minnesota Statutes with the desig- nated representatives of the recognized employee organization, and WHEREAS, following a series of negotiating sessions, an agreement was i reached between the representatives of the Village of Plymouth and the Plymouth ;i Police Officers Association, Arid WHEREAS, this Memorandum of Understanding has been approved by the member- iship of the Plymouth Police Officers Association, i! I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and !directed to execute on behalf of the Village the Memorandum of Understanding ;between the Village of Plymouth and the Plymouth Police Officers Association 'dated November, 1972. r. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was 'duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken `thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun- ilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted ii against or abstained: None.
