VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village

Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of {
;!November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen

!!Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

RESOLUTION N0. 72-482

WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has received and accepted the Preliminary
Aeport for Project No. 202 Interceptor Sewer from Lift Station No. 1 to Lift
{{Station No. A dated December 9, 1971 and Supplement dated October 17, 1972 to
jithat report, and
{! WHEREAS, this construction is eligible for Federal funds, and

ii WHEREAS, there is a need for these grant funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
HVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the staff is directed to proceed with preparation
(,of the application for grants based on construction of the gravity inter-
ceptor pipe alternate and to proceed through the receipt of these grants.

The motion for the adoption+ of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
;The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village

original thereof on file in my office. and the same is a full, true and com-
plete transcript therefrom.
