HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-481VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village I i ,!Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of j November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen '':Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its ;adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-481 WHEREAS, preparation of the Preliminary Report for Project No. 202 Inter- ceptor Sewer from Lift Station No. 1 to Lift Station No. A and a Supplement to jthe Preliminary Report have been prepared and submitted, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Preliminary Report for Project No. 202 dated ;December 9, 1971 and Supplement dated October 17, 1972 is approved and taccepted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded {by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in (favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The !following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de- jclared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. !VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the ,Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared ,the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village ilCouncil of said Village held on the 20th day of November, 1972 with the ,original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and com- plete transcript therefrom.
