' VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting, of the Willage
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t?* 20th day of
November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Ifflde, CoumttrAM
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: %we.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
,adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-480
WHEREAS, The George M. Hansen "vmpany has in tare past caf4uC04 the SAILS
of the Village of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, it is the wish of this Council to continue with T* -if0.
;Hansen company for future audits of the Village,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUKIL OF TIME
;VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the George M. Hansen Company be hare,to
