VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village '

y3.Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was neid on the 20th day of
November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen j
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. E
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-479

WHEREAS, Magney Construction has furnished an easement for drainage swale
purposes, and
i
WHEREAS, there is no further need for this easement, and
WHEREAS, Magney Construction has requested vacation of this easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILL
OF PLYMOUTH that an easement located on Lot 4, Block 1 of Industrial Park 494
as described below is vacated:
That part of Lot 4, Block 1, Industrial Park 494, described as
follows: "Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 1,
Industrial Park 494, proceeding Northerly along the West prop-
erty line a distance of 100 feet, thence proceeding Southeast-
erly to a point on the South property line 100 feet East of the
point of beginning, thence West to the point of beginning, except
for the South 20 feet of the above described easement".
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The
following voted aqainst or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de-
clared duly passed and adopted.

plete transcript therefrom.
