Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
(Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of
November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
':Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its

adoption:

�1 WHEREAS, the Village has adopted the Thoroughfare Guide Plan which would i
irequire an 80 foot right of way on Fernbrook Lane, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Magney has signed an easement dedicating 7 feet of additional
,bight of way to total 40 feet from centerline,
,I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
(VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the 7 foot easement along the West edge of the Magney
Construction property over, under and across the Westerly 7 feet of Lot 4,
Block 1, Industrial Park 494, Hennepin County, Minnesota, is accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
I;by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
I
1�folfavor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The
I
lowing voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de-
Iclared duly passed and adopted.
