Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of
November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-477
WHEREAS, Be1Mar Builders has requested Site Plan approval for the con-
struction of Fox Meadows Office Building #3, and
WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Site Plan for the Fox Meadows Office Building #3
;be approved subject to the following conditions being met:
1. Petitioner relocate proposed building to maintain a 75 -foot setback
consistent with Ordinance requirements;
2. Petitioner provide complete drainage plan showing site plan with two -
foot contour intervals of topography subject to the approval of the
Village Engineer;
3. Petitioner indicate size and location of identification sign;
4. Two additional fire hydrants be provided subject to review and final
approval by the Village Fire Chief;
5. The trash dumpster be housed in a part of the principal structure;
6. That mutual easements be prepared for the purpose of parking privi-
leges for each between Parcels A and B in perpetuity;
�! 7. The Petitioner enter into an agreement with the Village providing
surety that landscaping and drainage features are completed in accord-
ance with the approved Site Plan.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoigg Resolution was duly seconded
!'by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

'in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
:,The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
;;declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes or a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on the 20th day of November, 1972, with the
original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and com-
piete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
