VILLAG_ OF PLYMOUTH i
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of
November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth,
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-475
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has approved a
Subdivision Var;ance for Lot 7, Block 2, Sunset Acres, owned by Stanley D.
Klink,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
''VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that copies of the Resolution approving said Subdivision
Variance not be filed with the County until the following conditions are met:
1. That any and all required utility stubs or utility easements be
provided by the property owner, Stanley 0. Klink;
2. That water and sewer Residential Equivalent Charges be paid to the
Village for the additional lot created.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
!'in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The fol -
':;lowing voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de-
;clared duly passed and adopted.

I I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
;Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
!the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
;Council of said Village held on the 20th day of November, 1972 with the
original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and com-
plete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 14th day of December, 1972.
