Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ►egular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of
November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth.;

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-474
A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF SECTION
452.358, SUBDIVISION 4, MINNESOTA STATUTES AND
SECTION 9.02 OF CHAPTER VII OF THE VILLAGE CODE
RELATIVE TO CONVEYANCES BY METES Arvu 0UNDS OF
PARCELS OF LAND CONTAINING LESS THAN FIVE ACRES
WHEREAS, Stanley D. Klink, owner of Lot 7, Block 2, Sunset Acres, has re-
quested that said lot be divided into a Parcel A and a Parcel B, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has now determined that the subdivision of
said land into two parcels, botn of which would contain less than five (5)
acres, would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations
of the Village of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such subdivision would
create an unnecessary hardship on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH as follows:
1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4.
Minnesota Statutes, and Section 9.02 of Chapter VII of the Village
Code relating to conveyances by metes and bounds of parcels of land
containing an area of less than five (5) acres is hereby waived with
respect to the following described parcels:
PARCEL A
The West 90.0 feet of Lot 7, Block 2,
Sunset Acres
PARCEL B
The East 90.0 feet of Lot 7, Block 2,
Sunset Acres
2. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this
Resolution for recording purposes.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The fol-
lowing voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declar-
ed duly passed and adopted.
