HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-471VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of 'November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils, Spaeth, and Seibold. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-471 WHEREAS, D. Shobe and Son, Incorporated, have submitted the required !'bond and insurance certificate along with an application for a rubbish !hauling license as required under Chapter III, Section 14 of the Plymouth 'i0rdinance Code, NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF (!PLYMOUTH that the rubbish hauling license for D. Shobe 6 Son is hereby !,approved. ii The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded 'by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted i fin favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilman Spaeth, Hunt, Neils. and Seibold. ;'The following voted against: None.
