HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-470VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village y Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of '!November, 1972. The fn;?nwing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen ;Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its ,;adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-470 WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, ;;Hennepin County, has received from the Assistant Finance Director -County !Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, a list of lands in said Village 11 {which became the propery of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of �ftaxes, which said list has been designated as Classification List "646-C", and WHEREAS. each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota as non -conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County Commissioners: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said Village Council, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes for 1949, Section 281.01, Subd. 1, that the said classification by said Board of County Commissioners of Plat 44295, Parcel 5000 described in said list as non -conservation land be and the same is hereby approved, and BE IT FURTRER RESOLVED that the said classification by said Board of County Commissioners of the following Parcels described in said list as non -conservation land not be approved because said parcels are required for park and drainage purposes by the Village of Plymouth: 1) Plat 43713, Parcel 660 2 Plat 43730, Parcel 4012 4) Plat 44195, Parcel 4400 3 Plat 44195, Parcel 4600 5) Plat 44560, Parcel 2810 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seitold.
