Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
,Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th da.. c-
jNovember, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
'Hunt, Neils, Seibold, and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
'adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-469

WHEREAS, one lot within the area of Project No. 123 will not be served
Jin accordance with existing plans, and
WHEREAS, a Change Order No. 2 has been proposed to serve the property
as requested by the property owner,
NOW, IHEREFUkE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
!VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Change Order No. 2 to East Medicine Lake Water
j;Project No. 123 in the amount of $1,312.00 is approved, adding a water
;1 ateral and service to a property Northeast of lancaster Lane and 26th
!Avenue North. The original contract was for $213,312.00. Change Order No. 1
,;was an addition of $5,344.00 and this Change Order No. 2 is in the amount
'of $1,312.00.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
,in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils.
jThe following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
';duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held November 6, 1972 with the criginal thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true, ac! complete transcript
therefrom.
