VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the'Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of
`!'November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold. The -following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 72-465
WHEREAS, the developer of Ranchview Manor is required to pay for the
installation of utilities to properties within Ranchview Manor that were
not previously served, and
WHEREAS, the Development Contract was prepared on the basis of the
Village contracting this work, and Change Order No, 1 to Project No. 222
Playhouse Sewer and Water has been prepared to accomplish this construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH, Change Order No. i to Beatson and Kelly, Inc. to Playhouse Sewer
and Water Project No. 222 in the amount of $5,360.00 is approved. The
original contract amount was $207,125.50 and the revised contract amount
including Change Order No. l is $212,485.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following`
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold, Hunt, and
The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
ared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
lege of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
said Village held November" 6, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my
ice and the same is a full, true, and complete transcript therefrom.
