VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH z
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
,Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen

Hunt, Neils, Spaeth, and Seibold. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-464
WHEREAS, Development Contract A-365 for Ranchview Manor requires the
developer to construct 1/2 of Ranchview Lane and to construct the Quantico
Lane cul de sac, and
WHEREAS, residents on the west side of Ranchview Lane objected to
construction of the street and the street was not ordered for construction,
and
WHEREAS, it is not recommended that the Quantico Lane cul de sac be paved
(';without additional construction of a permanent street South of the cul de sac,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
;•VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Hussman Investment Company, the developer of Ranch -
;view Manor, is hereby required to provide the Village with an escrow deposit
"in the amount of $7,762.50 to be applied to provide for the streets at the
'time of their completion.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
iby Covncilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
�in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Spaeth, Hunt, and Seibold.
;;The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
;,duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
'(the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
!;of said Village held November 6, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my
.office and the same is a full, true, and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 1st day of December, 1972.
