HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-463_ t VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village j Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of t jNovember, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen P jHunt, Neils, Spaeth, and Seibold. The following members were absent: None j,t�t* *,►i ,es: c E Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its t 11adoption: j RESOLUTION NO. 72-463 RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF !! HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS li BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota (has follows: 1. The proposed assessment roll for water and sanitary sewer area type r assessments for the following described parcels ,prepared by the Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Village staff, is hereby received and ordered to be placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk, where it shall be and remain open to public { inspection: Plat Parcel 43721 1430 44143 500 of 1000 " 1500 " 2000 " 2500 " 3000 " 3500 " 4000 " 4500 5000 " 5500 6000 " 6500 " 7000 2. The Village Clerk shell publish notice of the time and placo of hearing on such proposed assessments in the official at least two weeks prior to the time specified for such hearing. T1w Clerk shall also mail a copy of such notice to the owner of each Parcel of land described in the assessment roll, with such mailed notice to begivenno less then two weeks prior to the dote of hearing on such proposed assessment roll. 3. Such notice shall state the date, time and place of vxh heerips, the general nature of the improvem-ant, the ares proposed to be Assessod, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with than Cleric sed that written or oral objections thereto by any property omw w1i) be considered. 4. The Village Council shall meet at the time and place specified in such notice to pass upon such proposed assessment. I3. t i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded 1by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Spaeth, Hunt, and Seibold. ,The following voted against: None.
