HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-462( VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH f s� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village i'Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of !(( November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen (Hunt, Neils, Seibold, and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None E c f� 1 n Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its �iadoption: j j RESOLUTION NO. 72-462 1+ RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR WATER & SANITARY SEWER AREA TYPE ASSESSMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, as follows: 1. It is hereby determined that for sanitary sewer trunk, forcemain, lift station and interceptor charges and water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities charges for the following described parcels of land: Plat Parcel 43721 1430 44143 500 " 1000 It 1500 It 2000 " 2500 it 3000 It 3500 It 4000 to 4500 5000 5500 " 6000 " 6500 It 7000 The following assessment policy shall apply and the following charges shall be applied to the existing land use zoning: WATER Area _ Char es esR-ed ntial - $225 per 1/2 acre or dwelling unit Commercial & Industrial - $675 per acre Residential Equivalent Connection Charge Res dential - per dwelling unit Commercial & Industrial - See Note below SANITARY SEWER Area Charges esR—�dential` - $225 per 1/2 acre or dwelling unit Commercial & Industrial - $675 per acre Residential Equivalent Connection Charge Residential- per dwelling unit Commercial & Industrial - See Note below Residential Equivalent Connection -(REG) Charges for commercial and it industrial zoned land shall -be applied to.each specific use in determining that particular uses :water and sanitary sewer REC - charges based upon the following, The relationship between the E estimated annual demand (volume),for water and sanitary sewer if service based upon one REC being equivalent to 72,000 gallons if of water and 72,000 gallons of -sewage flow per year as projected { by the Village Engineer for such use. The Village Clerk with the assistance of staff shall forthwith f calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for the improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected in accordancewwith the provisions of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes. } The mstion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded 1by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted Alin favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Spaeth, Seibold, Hunt, and Neils. I The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY Of HENNEPIN SS.
