VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
lCouncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
November. 1972. The following members were presenL: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Seibold, Hunt, and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
11adoption:
i RESOLUTION NO. 72-461
il WHEREAS, the Village staff has applied for and received both Federal
land State cost participation in a program to construct Civil Defense
!Siren #3,
ii NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
ilVillage of Plymouth that the Village Manager is authorized and directed to
11advertise for bids for said project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
1by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor -Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, and Seibold. The following
voted against:, Councilman Neils. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
Passed and adopted

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held November 6. 1912withthe original thereof on file
'in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
