{ Pursuant to due call and -notice thereof, a:regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
.,November, 1972.- The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
a
�jHunt, Neils, Spaeth, ,and Seibold. The following members were absent: None.
! Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
411 adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-460
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 145.08 and 145.12,
1provision has been made for a public health nursing district in that portion
lof Hennepin County outside the City of Minneanolis, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such authority such a public health nursing district
has been organized and has been in operation for several years, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary .to ,continue the operation of such nursing
t,district and to provide it with adequate funds for its proper operation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OFIPLYMOUTH that this Village continue to be included in the public
health nursing district; of Suburban-Hennepin County, organized on January 4,;'
1952; that it partfciPete th
in e`beneffts thereof and that it, agrees to
support on' an apportionment basis its.prd rata share of the cost of the
administration of such district at a cost of $6, 146.18 for the period of
Jainuary 1, 1973 through' December 31, 1973.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution. shall be deemed an agreement
to continue topparticipate in such nursing district on the basis hereinbefore
specified with all other political subdivisions adopting similar resolutions.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in.
Ifavor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold. The
following voted against: Nono. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
