HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-457s VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH tt Pursuant to due, call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of 'November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen {IHunt, Neils, Seibold, and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None. }III Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its 4.ddontion: RESOLUTION NO. 72-457 WHEREAS, Naegele Outdoor Advertising Company has requested a Conditional Use Permit for the location of advertising signs on Trunk Highway 55 at Peony Il Lane and County Road 9, and jWHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request and ;recommended denial, I! NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ;IPLYMOUTH that Naegele Outdoor Advertising Company be granted a Conditional Use Permit for the location of one structure at County Road 9 and Highway 55 }{subject to the following conditions: 1) That the location of the advertising sign at County Road 9 j and Trunk Highway 55 not exceed 300 square feet in area per face and be located .at least 50 feet from the Trunk Highway 55 I( right of way; 2) That the advertising sign structure at Peony Lane and Trunk Highway 55 not exceed 300 square feet per face. t� The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded }by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted {j in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold, Hunt, and Neils. II.The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared #duly passed and adopted. STATE OF 'MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN 55.
