VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to -due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
i+ Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has approved
Ila subdivision variance requested by Wallace A. Turner for Parcels A and B
t�located in the South 1/2 of Section 15 within the Village of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
':PLYMOUTH that copies of the Resolution approving said subdivision variance
not be filed with the County until the following conditions are met:
1) Petitioner dedicate 27 feet of property along Fernbrook
Lane for -right-of-way purposes;
2) Petitioner continue to have access to Fernbrook Cane
until such time as Fernbrook Lane is widened; .
3) Petitioner dedicate 30 feet along the east side of his
property for street purposes;
4) Petitioner provide the Village with utility easements
as shown on Exhibit A-436, dated 11-642.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth,'Hunt, Seibold, and
Neils. The following voted against: None. , Whereupon the Resolution was
Ideclared`duly passed and adopted.

Village of -Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

file in my office, and the same is a fu11,'true and complete transcript
therefrom.
