HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-452,I VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH s Pursuant to dee call and notice thereof, a regular Meeting of the Village J Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold. and Neils. The following members were absent: None. •.t trt ter Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-452 WHEREAS, Leonard Weigel (A. Stoesz) 14500 C 13th Ave. has requested ,.a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL :F THE VILLAGE AF PLYMOUTH that the following cansolidation be approved and that the iVillage Manager be authorized to make the necessary special =,ssess^ert corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is a;proved !'by Hennepin County: 21 li ; Plat Parcel(s Lot s Block Addition ;1 44600 5000 1 6 Suburbandale on 5050 2 Parkers Lake The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded 1by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. rThe following voted against: None.
