HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-450} VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of l ;,November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen j { ;!Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. {� r Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its i'adoption: { RESOLUTION NO. 72-450 i Bernard Van E s, 14520 13th Avenue, WHEREAS, P has requested iia consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE i ,OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment ;;corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: A Plat Parcel s) Lot s Block Addition 44600 5200 5 6 Suburbandale on 5250 6 Parkers Lake The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded _ t by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,.Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils.
