HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-449VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH i Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of ,'November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Ii Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. f` aaa aaa www ig i' Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION PlO. 72-449 WHEREAS, G. H. Thulander, 11814 18th Avenue North, has requested a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel(s) Ai(Ll Block Addition 44080 4800 4 3 Elmhurst Gateway 4900 5 Second Addition 500 6 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon --to being taken thereon, the following voted ,in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared ,duly passed and adopted. �jaaa tat a** E!
