VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH'
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Vi.Iage
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of
November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. t

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
1adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-438
WHEREAS, Marie M. Mihm, 2710B Kirkwood Lane North, has requested
4 consol-i•dation of -existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
SOF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the
''Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
;corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved
by HEnnepin County:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
An favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,,Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils.

;The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
Jduly passed and adopted.
