HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-437VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village o•f Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold. and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its ;adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-437 WHEREAS, Ronald H. Luoma. 2464 Hemlock Lane, has requested a consoltdation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the follow -:ng consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved ,by Hennepin County: �i i Plat Parcel(s) Lot s Block Addition 44020 0400 8 1 Elehurst 0450 9 i+ 0500 10 Ali I'I The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted 'in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. 1 The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared ((#ly passed and adopted.
