HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-431I4 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village ,Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of ;November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. ,rt* Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its �fadoption: RESOLUTION NO.72-431 WHEREAS, Terry Hagge, 12311 26th Avenue North, has requested `.a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment ,corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel(s) 121(il Block Addition }44080 5100 7 3 Elmhurst Gateway ! 5200 8 Second Addition 1 ii t; i! ii The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded fby Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted An favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. jhe following voted against: ;;duly passed and adopted. Whereupon the Resolution was declared ta* trt I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the iVillage of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared Ithe foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village ;Council of said Village held November 6, 1972 with the original thereof on !file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
