HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-4293r4,< {S }� VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. 11 Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its 11adoption: 4'; RESOLUTION NO. 72-429 �r WHEREAS, Carroll L. Groettum, 14730 13th Avenue N., has requested !a consol4dation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE iOF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the ,"Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment ?corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel s i2i1§1 81ock 44600 5850 18 6 5900 19 Addition)' Suburbandale on Parkers k. Lake w' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded 3 by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted din favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,.Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. .:The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared �l :;duly passed and adopted.
