VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
��Council Plymouth, Minnesota held on the 6th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
:adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-426
WHEREAS, Kenneth R. Gardner, 1240 C Harbor Lane, has requested
Ila vonsal1dation -of-existing ~plwtted lots -within •the Village °of Plymouth,
�? NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
POF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the
Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
I; ;corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

Eby Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
:An favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,.Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils.
IThe following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
(duly passed and adopted.
