Pursuant to due call and notice thereo. a regular meeting of the Village

l Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of !
November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen r
i3paeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
'adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-427 1
WHEREAS, Rolf A. Erickson, 549 Russell Ave., Wayzata,
has requested , r
,a consolidation of existing platted lots within the -Village of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
-OF PLYMOUTH that the following c6nsolidation be approved and that the
.Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
'corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved }
;by Hennepin County:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
ty Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
+in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils.
'The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared

'duly passed and adopted.
