Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on .ne 6th day of
November. 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 72-426
WHEREAS, Jack H. Duemke, 3435 B Jonquil Lane has requested
a consolidation -of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth.

i! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
:,OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the
:'Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
-'corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved

The motion for the adopt n of the foregoing esolution was duly seconded

,,by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde..Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt. Seibold and Neils.
`;The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held November 6, 1972 with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
